What counts as a scan?
One full run of the scanner set against one target: a codebase, a cloud account or a live site. Path to Platinum includes ten of them a month.
Why is the Path plan a six-month term?
Tiers are earned over consecutive months, so the plan is shaped like the climb: four months to reach Platinum, two more to hold it. You keep every badge you’ve earned for its validity period.
How does Sentinel for Programs pricing start?
At 30 scans or 30 companies, $250 a scan. Programs pay; each company still completes its own domain-ownership proof and signs its own scanning authorization.
Can I start with a Bronze Scan and move up?
Yes. Most teams start with one scan to see the report, fix what it finds, and confirm the fixes with the free fix-check rescan. Upgrade to Path to Platinum from Settings → Billing whenever you like; the $499 you paid for Bronze is credited.
Do prices include the audit?
No. Sentinel gives you code-level evidence and a badge. A SOC 2 report is issued by a licensed CPA firm after an audit, and ISO 27001 by an accredited ISO body. Both are billed by them.
